When selling your ipod to Cash4ipods.co.uk, you are responsible for arranging delivery of your ipod to our offices.
We encourage all of our customers who use this service to arrange for postal insurance to cover the ipod should it become lost or damaged during transit
Cash4ipods.co.uk will not be held responsible for units which are damaged whilst in transit or become lost within the postal system
After assessing your system, we will offer you a cash sum for your ipod based on our original estimate and following a number of tests that we conduct on the unit upon receipt. If you choose to accept this offer we will refund postal costs at the flat rate of £3.00. This refund is included in the 'Total Value' figure that is provided to customers when assessing the value of their ipod
Shipping - Purchasing from our store
When purchasing goods from our store, the cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process. Goods will be delivered using Royal Mail and customers must check the integrity of their package upon receipt.
If you wish to return goods, they can be returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
When returning goods, the customer must bear the cost of shipping and goods will only be accepted if they are in the same condition as they were when shipped from our offices.
Goods damaged by the customer will not be accepted as returns
